If your car is not driveable please contact Executive Towing at 503-454-8300 or 503-454-8299 and request that your vehicle be towed to Hannah Collision. We will coordinate payment of the towing charges with Executive Towing and the insurance company.
Call us so we can schedule your repair. When you drop off your car we will need a copy of the preliminary estimate that the insurance company based the check on. We will use that as a road map for the repair working with the insurance company to add to that estimate as additional damages are discovered.
Yes. Once they inspect your vehicle and document the damage, they should hand you a copy of their preliminary estimate. Once you have this call us and we will schedule your repairs.
Deductibles are not due until repairs are complete and you pick up your vehicle.
Your insurance policy is a legal contract between you and your insurance company. We do not want to violate that contract. Also, some shops that waive deductibles will cut corners on repairs in order to make up that difference. We want to repair your vehicle to the highest standard possible so that its appearance and function meet your expectations.
